Manager of Supply Chain Distribution Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building and optimizing supply networks? We’re seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Distribution to lead the end-to-end distribution network that powers our restaurant operations. POSITION LOCATION

Nashville Support Center, Nashville, TN or Woburn Support Center, Woburn, MA

POSITION SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for efficiently managing the transportation and distribution of goods and supplies across multiple distribution centers and restaurant locations. This position requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of multi-unit distribution and logistics, ensuring brand products are delivered by the best channel at the right service level and cost.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Including, but not limited to: Oversee distribution of goods, including food supplies and other necessary items, to multiple restaurant locations, resulting in accurate and timely deliveries to restaurants. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and distribution centers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards. Monitor and manage inventory levels at each Distribution Center location to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory. Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to forecast supply needs and plan for seasonal demands. Implement and maintain effective tracking systems to successfully monitor the introduction, run out, and transition of products. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Manage external teams of distribution staff, providing leadership, guidance, and performance evaluations. Analyze performance metrics and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.

SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS

Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage industry with multi-unit operations. Strong understanding of inventory control, supply chain best practices, and transportation management systems. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage within a diverse team and build strong relationships with external partners. Highly organized with the ability to proactively prioritize needs, put first things first, and effectively manage resources. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to optimize distribution processes and reduce costs. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to transportation and logistics. Must have strong attention to detail. Proficiency in using ArrowStream and MS Office applications.
