You will assist in managing the operations of donated merchandise in accordance with established business practices and the companys policies, procedures and budget projections while being accountable for the safety and security of personnel and organization assets.

Maintain agency, employee, and participants confidentiality. Violation of confidentiality may be cause for termination.
Achieve daily production goals sales plan by executing the Organizations procedures and best practices.
Hire, train, motivate, develop, and supervise all distribution center and post retail employees.
Manage expenses, including labor, to meet budget goals.
Be the Distribution Center and Post Retail subject matter expert on all distribution center and post retail processes.
Ensure that the best pricing in commodities is obtained to satisfy budgetary needs.
Build professional relationships with brokers and salvage vendors.
Satisfactorily complete all administrative tasks, including but not limited to timecard review/approval, reporting and recordkeeping.
Champion a safe working environment.
Punctual and dependable attendance.
Must be available to work during operating business hours as needed for business operations. The work schedule includes days, evenings, holidays and blackout periods, weekends are required.
Works 45 hours per week or more when required.
Attend and complete all training and meetings as required.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
