Distribution Program Manager Position Available In Knox, Tennessee

Job Description Day-to-Day Insight Global’s client is looking for a Remote Distribution Program Manager to sit remotely in the United States. The individual will be responsible for business development, project oversight, management of team members, and overall team growth. The candidate will be overseeing all projects within the Distribution Engineering space projects will consist of large/complex pole relocations, and overhead/underground design/engineering. They will have a team of ~40 individuals which will consist of Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Technicians and manage them directly/indirectly. They will also be responsible for business development, client interaction, and client satisfaction. Additionally, they will develop, review and sign project contracts, determine project schedule, budget, and scope of work with Project Managers. The role will require on average, 25% travel.

Other Responsibilities include:

Risk management and planning/oversight of projects for multiple projects at once Develop business relationships to drive profit , and help ensure budget levels are accurate Provide leadership to managers/employees, delegating responsibilities, and oversee operating plans Prepare budgets/cash flow projections Formulate proposal, material, fees, scope, etc. documentation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
