Warehouse Manager Black Star Logistics Incorporated Knoxville, TN 37917 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of logistics, materials management, and order fulfillment. Duties Manager arrives at 8:30 pm Two 26′ Straight trucks arrive with product from Cincinnati and Charlotte around 9:00 pm Knoxville will be moved into one room, for temporary storage The Murfreesboro, Chattanooga and Memphis work is staged in the room with the door Another 26′ Straight truck arrives, get loaded and departs with the pallets for Murfreesboro and Memphis prior to 10:00 pm A 16′ or 18′ truck arrives for Chattanooga 6 “Sprinter” type cargo vans arrive to pickup the local freight which has been moved back the main room with the door at 2:30. 4:30 in the morning the Manager secures the property for the day and departs. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to company policies.
