We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving freight, basic proficiency in Excel, and the ability to operate a forklift. This role requires a self-starter who can manage daily operations efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage shipping and receiving operations. Ensure accurate and timely freight processing. Operate a forklift to move and organize inventory. Utilize Excel for basic data entry and reporting. Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation. Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals. Implement and maintain safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Basic proficiency in Excel. Forklift operation certification or experience. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
