Delivery and Install Manager – Stones River 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 165 Stones River Road, La Vergne, TN 37086 Pool and Spa Depot is looking to hire a Delivery and Install Manager to be based in our Stones River headquarters. We’re seeking a highly organized and accountable Delivery & Install Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of our hot tub and sauna deliveries. This role acts as a critical link between our sales team and customers, ensuring a smooth delivery and installation process. You’ll manage scheduling staff and subcontractors, communicate directly with customers, and ensure every project runs on time and to standard. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Oversee the scheduling team and coordinate delivery timelines Contact customers post-sale to confirm delivery and installation details Manage and communicate with subcontractors to ensure quality service Ensure all logistics for hot tub and sauna deliveries are in place Maintain accurate records and project timelines

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and management skills Excellent phone and communication skills Proven accountability and follow-through Project management or subcontractor coordination experience preferred Pool and spa industry knowledge is a plus Willing to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays Strong written and verbal communication skills Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
