- Provide leadership and oversight to day-to-day distribution operations
- Maintain and encourage a positive, customer-focused experience
- Develop Key Performance Indicators and execute on countermeasures as needed
- Optimize material flow thorough the warehouse (receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping)
- Create and implement standard operating procedures To be successful, you will need:
- BS in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or another related field
- 8+ years of experience in Distribution Operations
- 5+ years of leadership experience; ability to connect with and motivate your team
- Proven ability to develop and document procedures
- Strong understanding of Quality Systems/ISO 9000
- Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of WMS Things considered a plus:
