This role is essential in ensuring efficient warehouse operations that directly impact guest satisfaction and service excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Assign and verify completion of in-house cleans by check-in deadlines. Oversee packing processes and laundry logistics. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Conduct regular bag audits for quality assurance. Build and manage linen/change tickets in Track.
Weekly Duties:
Track performance and compliance of independent contractor cleaners and vendors. Perform inspections and audits of cleaning results. Resolve escalated issues from guests and property owners. Maintain inventory levels of linen and amenities. Collaborate with leadership on operational goals and forecasts.
Monthly Tasks:
Hold performance review meetings with housekeeping vendors. Manage communications with third-party laundry and amenity vendors. Lead training and mentorship for operations teams. Approve timesheets, mileage reimbursements, and PTO. Review and analyze Track data on clean types, costs, and profit margins. Conduct inspections on underperforming units and ensure standards are met. Act as the emergency contact for urgent operations issues. Support onboarding and evaluation of new cleaning vendors.
Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills. Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and successful background screening. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
Physical & Mental Demands:
Physical activity: 70% walking/standing, 30% sitting. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching. Requires visual acuity for inspections and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
