Warehouse Manager Quality Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical 405 Donovans Lane, Kodak, TN 37764 Overview Quality Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily activities within the warehouse
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all warehouse operations
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the warehouse team, promoting professional growth
• Provide effective feedback (both written and verbal) to team members
• Coordinate logistics for the installation team, including staging equipment and ensuring material availability
• Maintain the upkeep of warehouse grounds and property
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring general maintenance and repairs are completed
• Manage maintenance and repairs of all fleet vehicles
• Implement and oversee security operations
• Manage inventory control, quality assurance, and productivity
• Organize and manage the receipt, storage, and delivery of materials
• Ensure timely replenishment of materials
• Maintain detailed records of warehouse activities
• Ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse and property
• Motivate and manage warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment Education & Experience Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• 3+ years of warehouse experience

OSHA Forklift Certification
