The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the moving process run smoothly, from planning logistics to managing staff and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all moving operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Supervise and train staff on proper moving techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Develop detailed moving plans, including route planning and scheduling for deliveries. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the moving process. Oversee the loading and unloading of items using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations. Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the move, providing solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment usage, and customer interactions. Skills Proficient in operating pallet jacks and forklifts; experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong route driving skills with a focus on efficiency and safety. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Ability to drive effectively in various conditions while managing delivery schedules. Experience in moving or courier services is highly desirable. Capable of loading and unloading items safely while adhering to best practices in handling goods. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
