Storage Manager Charles Wardlaw & Associates Cullman, AL 35055 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, motivated and organized Self Storage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our storage facility. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a focus on sales and customer satisfaction. Schedule Monday
- 8:30-5:00 Tuesday
- 8:30-5:00 Wednesday
- OFF Thursday
- 8:30-5:00 Friday
- 8:30-5:00 Saturday
- 8:30-1:00 (off one Saturday every month) Sunday
- OFF Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Successfully Complete Background Check
- Successfully Complete Drug Screen
- Employees must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds.

- Greeting everyone at your facility with a smile and a handshake
- Helping your customers determine the best size unit before each rental.
- Completing all paperwork correctly for each rental.
- Completing scheduled facility Walk Thru and Lock checks.
- Renting U-Haul Equipment
- Posting payments
- Tracking and colleting on past due accounts
- Record keeping of all tenant records
- Making bank deposits
- Marketing
- Maintaining retail merchandise
- Cleaning vacant units to “Rent Ready” condition.
- Ensuring grounds, office, and bathrooms are clean and presentable at all times.
- Preparing auction units according to procedure and state lien laws. Candidate Requirements
