Job description To manage and supervise the work done by a logistics team. Scope of Activities To carry out some or all of the following activities: Coordinate the teams Organize and coordinate the work of your team by implementing a proximity management system Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and employment code rules Ensure the cleanliness of all preparation, shipping and storage areas Contribute to human resources management (training, induction, vacations, annual appraisals, etc.) Inspect logistics activities Organize the arrival and reception of goods Manage goods locations and storage Ensure correct order preparation Manage preparation areas and ensure on-time shipment Alert and ensure that regular checks and inspections are made Manage stocks Ensure compliance with warehousing rules Contribute to the process of organizing inventories Check that stock levels are correct Implement the resources required to achieve the targets set Organize your team(s) to suit the activity concerned Assist operators by providing them with instructions and explanations in the event of problems Carry out regular visual checks of team progress Contribute to human resources management (training, induction, vacations, annual appraisals, etc.) Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Interact with customers and/or suppliers Report all anomalies, productivity variances, technical problems, etc. to your line manager Complete the dashboard of indicators for the activity Produce activity and results reports for your scope of responsibility.
