Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:

Warehouse operation and subcontractor management . Oversee daily warehouse operations. Evaluate and manage subcontractors. Sales activities and operational setup for new clients. Continuously explore new business opportunities. Make a proposal to potential clients / participate in bids. Review and finalize business processes, scope and warehouse layout. Plan for staffing, equipment, and transportation. Develop and set up systems. Operations management/improvement. Analyze and improve downtime/claims/incidents. Manage staffing and equipment operations. Operational improvements (orders, systems, layout, etc.). Customer service (CS) management. Closing management. AR/AP Management. Profit and loss management. Accounts receivable management. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities This position requires 4+ years of experience in an automotive parts warehouse operations. Candidate must be fluent in the Korean language. Candidate must be skilled in MS Office; able to review, and analyze quality data and report quality status in progress. Candidate must possess automotive and logistics industrial experience. Candidate must possess professional-level verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must be confident friendly, eager, self-motivated, and diligent. Candidate must possess the ability to effectively communicate with other department, teams, and customers.
