Station Manager – Transportation/Logistics Confidential Decatur, AL 35609 We are looking for a dynamic manager to join our team in the Decatur, AL market. Station Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Manage daily operations, workflow processes, and warehouse inventory Manage multiple teams of delivery drivers in addition to other staff Ensure terminal is performing efficiently and meeting customer expectations Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the area market Resolve operational issues in an efficient, fair and expeditious manner Manage the operations budget, profit and loss objectives, internal metrics and key performance indicators. Station Manager requirements include the following. Minimum two years final mile delivery experience Functional understanding of P&L statements Experience managing and training direct reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Office Excellent organization skills as well as being a detail-oriented self-starter Travel as needed General Manager benefits include the following.
