The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing shipments to support customer requirements. A successful Logistics Manager should be able to oversee efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. You should also be able to promptly resolve distribution issues and have strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

First point of contact with the customer regarding delivery schedules, window times, and stock on hand at the customer facility Manage ERP System (CMS) as the Primary means of monitoring customer requirements Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures. Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity. Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues. Monitoring and development of reports related to shipping performance and trends Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, preferred 5-7 years of experience within a highly demanding Supply Chain cycle ideally within an Automotive Manufacturing Environment Track record in the delivery of high demand JIT Environments ensuring customer targets are met Superior negotiation skills
