Summary:

Central Moloney, a leader in transformer manufacturing and components, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee operations in our Transformers and Components divisions. This role ensures the seamless flow of goods, services, and information from suppliers to customers, while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in supply chain optimization.

Duties:

Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, foster a collaborative work environment. Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory levels, implement demand forecasting and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of high-quality materials at competitive prices. Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and production teams to align supply chain activities with business goals. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower operational costs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices while mitigating supply chain risks.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related field. APICS or CPSM certification is a plus. Proven expertise in supply chain software (e.g., Syteline, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and data analytics tools. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to set priorities and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers. High level of dependability, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach to work.
