Logistics Manager Location:

Mountain View, AR 72560 Full-Time We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and actively participate in the orchestration of components and sales orders from production through final delivery. This is a working manager position, meaning you’ll not only lead the logistics function but also assist with day-to-day distribution and shipping tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end sales order process—from entry to delivery. Accurately input orders into the system and issue work orders to the appropriate departments. Coordinate internal communication between production, distribution, and sales to ensure accurate timelines and expectations. Monitor progress and proactively resolve delays or issues. Schedule and execute outbound shipments, including freight coordination and customer pickups. Maintain clear records and documentation for tracking and reporting purposes. Actively support warehouse and distribution tasks as needed (packing, labeling, staging orders, etc.). Lead with a hands-on approach to ensure team efficiency and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in logistics, distribution, or production coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts. Excellent communication and time management abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities as needed. Leadership experience with a willingness to jump in and support the team directly. Familiarity with shipping systems, order management software, and basic inventory processes is a plus.
