Storage Manager Secure Space Storage Farmington, AR 72730 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Storage Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our Storage facility in Farmington, AR. In addition to your salary, we offer a bonus plan based on income. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring optimal storage conditions. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the storage facility, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Oversee inventory management including stock levels, organization, and rotation of products. Implement effective shift management strategies to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency. Utilize retail math to analyze inventory data and make informed decisions regarding stock levels and purchasing needs. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and administrative tasks related to storage management. Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication with clients. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that may arise. Requirements Proven experience in Apartment or Storage Facility management. Familiarity with inventory control systems and retail math principles. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in record keeping. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Ability to work Monday – Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Experience with Sitelink software a plus, but not a requirement.
