$120,000 – $150,000 per year A bit about us:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Manager to join ourautomotive team. The successful candidate will be responsible fordirecting and scheduling employees, forecasting inventory goals,establishing pricing, and maintaining profit margins. This positionrequires a strong leader who can manage a team of 5 and hiring morewithin the next 18 months , work closely with the service managerand body shop manager, and effectively communicate with wholesalecustomers. The Parts Manager will also be responsible formaintaining inventory wholesale accounts, controlling accountreceivable, maintaining delivery vehicles, and directing shippingand receiving operations. This role requires a strong understandingof customer service, sales management, product knowledge, andinventory management. The dealership is offering relocationassistance. Why join us? Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Forecast inventory goals and manage inventory ofautomotive parts for wholesale accounts, body shop, andself-service Establish and maintain pricing for automotive parts toensure profitable margins Prepare and manage the department budget,controlling costs and maximizing profitability Maintain deliveryvehicles to ensure they are in good working condition Directshipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and efficiencyWork closely with the service manager and body shop manager toensure seamless coordination Control account receivable to ensuretimely payments Provide exceptional customer service to ourwholesale customers Use your sales management skills to drive salesand achieve targets Use your product knowledge to effectivelymanage inventory and assist customers

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3years of experience in a similar role in the automotivemanufacturing industry Proven experience in directing andscheduling employees, managing inventory, and establishing pricingStrong sales management skills with a track record of achievingsales targets Exceptional product knowledge of automotive partsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to build strongrelationships with wholesale customers Experience in preparing andmanaging budgets Proven ability to control account receivableExperience in maintaining delivery vehicles and directing shippingand receiving operations Ability to work closely with servicemanager and body shop manager Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Musthave a valid Georgia Driver’s License Strong organizational andleadership skills Proven ability to manage a team of employees.
