This role is critical to maintaining efficient surgical center operations by ensuring supplies and equipment are consistently available, properly stored, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of all medical and office supplies, floor stock, and rental equipment Maintain accurate inventory levels; prevent depletion and manage returns of excess stock Ensure all deliveries are inspected, logged, and documented properly Monitor expiration dates and remove outdated items from circulation Maintain organized and clearly labeled storage areas in accordance with regulatory guidelines Conduct quarterly physical inventories and maintain digital inventory records Ensure compliance with AAAHC, safety, and infection control procedures If certified as a Surgical Tech, may assist in the OR as needed under the supervision of the

Director of Nursing Operational Excellence :

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all inventory movements Adhere to all deadlines for ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies Follow safety protocols and use proper body mechanics Recognize and report unsafe conditions or equipment Participate in emergency and infection control procedures

Team & Service Commitment :

Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure timely and efficient supply usage Adjust inventory levels based on usage and trends Maintain confidentiality and comply with all patient privacy standards Proactively identify and communicate issues or concerns

Qualifications :
