- it’s a high responsibility, hands-on role built for someone who get things done. We are seeking an individual who works efficiently and can successfully manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll own the full lifecycle of product movement
- from sourcing and manufacturing to fulfillment and final delivery
- across all channels: DTC, Amazon and Retail. Core Responsibilities Inventory Planning & Forecasting
- Build and maintain accurate, channel-specific forecasts (DTC, Retail, Amazon, International). Use sales data and marketing inputs to avoid stockouts, overages, and channel risk. Align closely with finance on working capital and cash flow. Production & Manufacturing
- Manage contract manufacturer relationships. Place POs, monitor lead times, track production, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery. Identify alternative vendors and stay agile. Freight & Logistics Coordination
- Own inbound and outbound freight. Oversee ocean, air, and LTL shipments. Manage freight forwarders, Amazon shipments (FBA, AWD), and 3PL distribution with a focus on cost, speed, and reliability. Fulfillment Oversight
- Oversee performance of all fulfillment partners (Amazon, FBA, DTC 3PL, Retail). Track pick/pack SLAs, resolve mis-shipments, and keep orders flowing accurately and on time. Sourcing Management
- Lead external sourcing. Negotiate costs, compare quotes, and onboard new suppliers. Maintain options for key SKUs and components
- no single point of failure. Reporting & Systems
- Maintain forecasting tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Sheets, Inventory Planner, etc.). HI-light gaps and risks clearly. Automate and upgrade systems and streamline processes where needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with Marketing (for forecast inputs), Sales (for retail planning), Product (for launch readiness), and Finance (for cost accuracy). Be the single source of truth for product movement, delivery timelines, and risks. Risk Management & Cost Control
- Identify savings across freight, duties, COGS, and storage.
Proactively mitigate risks related to delays, shortages, and disruptions. Understand the impact of every supply chain move on cash flow and margin and execute flawlessly. What you Bring 5-8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally in omnichannel CPG Proven success of delivering results in high-ownership, fast-paced environments Hands-on experience managing contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and freight partners Strong analytical skills and comfort with forecasting, spreadsheets, and inventory tools Analytical mindset with a proactive drive to solve problems before they become issues Clear communicator and cross-functional collaborator Total ownership mentality
