ABOUT THE ROLE

Auditmacs is seeking an experienced and highly organized ITAM Inventory Supervisor to oversee our IT asset lifecycle operations and lead a team of Inventory Specialists. This supervisory role ensures the integrity of our asset tracking systems, maintains policy compliance, and drives process improvements to support efficient inventory and asset management across the organization. 1.2 •

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise day-to-day operations of the ITAM Inventory team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing IT assets. Train, mentor, and evaluate Inventory Specialists to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and performance expectations. Oversee the tagging, labeling, categorization, and secure storage of IT equipment including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and accessories. Monitor asset records and inventory system data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; initiate corrective actions as needed. Coordinate regular physical audits and reconciliations; prepare inventory and audit reports for internal stakeholders and external clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Deployment, Procurement, Helpdesk) to support asset requests and lifecycle tracking. Enforce ITAM policies including security, asset handling, and chain-of-custody procedures. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service quality. 1.3 PREFERRED

EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience in IT asset management, inventory control, or related field 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role Strong working knowledge of ITAM systems and inventory management software Familiarity with IT hardware and peripheral components Experience with audits and asset reconciliation processes Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills 1.4 •

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office and warehouse setting with a mix of desk work and hands-on activity Frequent use of barcode scanners, handheld devices, and spreadsheets Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. 1.5 •
