JobDescription:

Organizes, manages and controls projects in SurgicalVision Supply Chain; for Product Management and or Value Stream(VS) Projects. Leads the cross-functional team and manages thedevelopment, roll-out, and implementation of all aspects of acomplex supply chain program including ancillary Supply Chaininitiatives (Packaging, Automation Programs) Major Duties ℜsponsibilities

  • Coordinates all aspects of VS projectactivities and is responsible for overall project success includingFPOs as they relate to Operations.
  • Responsible for facilitatingand developing cross functional project plans, timelines, andresource requirements to ensure successful transfer andcommercialization of NP and/or Execution of VS initiatives with allnecessary organizations. (Engineering, Operations, Planning,Sourcing, etc.)
  • Applies highly developed managementmethodologies to streamline project and program managementprocesses
  • Designs and develops industry leading quality controloperating practices
  • Implements systems to monitor and trackdepartmental goals
  • Manages projects (as assigned) fromplanning, execution, reporting, monitoring through stabilizationand closure
  • Drives project management activities includingsolution design proposal, budget development, value caseassessment, organization design approvals, process documentation,knowledge transfer, testing, cut-over activities, andproject-related communications and plans
  • Delivers accuratereporting of project status, covering key milestones, resourcecapacity, and financial health
  • Creates open communicationchannels with relevant departments in order to coordinate projectexpectations and deliverables
  • Coaches and trains juniorcolleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities
  • Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperativesinto team goals and decision making
  • Adheres to environmentalpolicy and procedures and supports department environmentalobjectives.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Technical/Business related field
  • 5+ years of businessexperience preferably in a health care industry with at least 3+years of cumulative experience in one or more of the followingfunctions (Manufacturing, engineering, new product management,planning, other supply chain disciplines, R D).
  • 3+ years ofProject management experience required.
  • 3+ yrs of experience insuccessfully leading multi-functional teams in a dynamicenvironment required.
  • Demonstrated ability in logistics andanalytics.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills with strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to partner, build consensus, to lead teamsthrough influence rather than authority, and build collaborativerelationships
  • Demonstrated matrix management, strategicthinking, and negotiation skills.
