Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, Full-Time Salaried About Us Dwyer Precision Products is a specialized manufacturer of nurse call cords. Our operation blends precision injection molding (10%) with highly tailored assembly work (90%). We are a paperless, hands-on facility where accuracy, accountability, and speed are essential. We’re currently hiring a full-time Inventory Manager to take full ownership of our inventory operations and systems. About the Role This is a do-it-yourself role—you are the inventory department. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate, real-time control of all inventory functions and supporting the daily flow of parts to the production floor. You’ll work directly with assembly staff and leadership to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with internal standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all inventory functions including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution Maintain and track serialized inventory with hands-on accuracy Distribute inventory and subassemblies to factory workers throughout the day as needed Understand and manage the role of subassemblies in inventory and production flow Learn and maintain the DIGIT inventory software , which interfaces with QuickBooks Online After training, provide inventory system support to assembly workers using DIGIT Memorize and apply Bills of Materials (BOMs) to manage inventory cycles effectively Apply FIFO , lean manufacturing , and

principles daily Ensure alignment between inventory control and purchasing/accounting processes Must-Have Qualifications Direct manufacturing experience is required Hands-on experience with serialized inventory systems () Strong computer literacy; must be able to learn software quickly and work in a paperless environment Understanding of how inventory connects to accounting, purchasing, and costing Working knowledge of subassemblies and their impact on inventory flow Familiarity with lean manufacturing , FIFO , and
