Responsibilities Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and with existing accounts Build and Deepen customer relationships with attention, insight, and follow-through. Deliver tailored logistics solutions that anticipate needs and exceed expectations. Solve problems fast—before the client even knows there’s a challenge. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Track account performance, keep CRM data fresh, and report on KPIs to drive transparency and results. Qualifications Logistics experience is key. You know the freight game—whether from brokerage, dispatch, or account management. Customer-first mindset. You’re service-oriented, resourceful, and calm under pressure. Tech-forward. You’re comfortable using CRMs, digital tools, and communication platforms. Driven & Organized.
