Materials Manager Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

• Job Description:

• This position requires an individual who has excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail. This is a key position to collaborate with vendors and the manufacturing team in order to ensure we have the necessary materials and equipment.

• Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• + 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a high paced manufacturing environment doing inventory control, buying, or materials management + must have previous management and leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution warehouse environment + Marine industry experience preferred + Bilingual English-Spanish preferred + Excellent negotiation skills + Lean Manufacturing experience, including Kanban, a plus + Proficient with Microsoft Office + Strong logic, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and reasoning skills and ability to make independent decisions + Ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties, projects at one time and resolve conflict in a professional manner + Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills.

+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication + Ability to maintain a positive working environment + Ability to lift up to 50lbs at a time

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $60000.00 – $75000.00/yr. 401k plan, medical dental, vision, insurance, etc.

• This is a fully onsite position in Tampa,FL.
