Your Role Team Supervision and Development:
Oversee warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient operations.
Your Responsibilities Operational Management:
Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, to meet customer requirements and maintain high service quality.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
Process Improvement:
Implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Your Skills and Experiences Educational Background:
