We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Sales and Logistics Manager to support our daily operations and sales efforts.

Position Summary:

The Sales and Logistics Manager plays a key role in managing customer relationships, coordinating boat, engine and liferaft deliveries and pickups, handling sales transactions, and supporting parts sales. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to follow through on customer needs from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers and respond to sales inquiries via phone and email Close sales for boats, engines, liferafts, and parts Coordinate pickups and deliveries with customers Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the sales and delivery process Maintain sales and service records, order status, and scheduling Provide support in the showroom and over the phone with product information and availability Attend and assist at boat shows and other dealership events Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or logistics coordination Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and inventory/order tracking systems Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail Marine or automotive industry experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish)
