The Judge Group is searching for a Supply Chain Operations and Procurement leader to be a resource for multiple companies under one holdings umbrella. You’ll serve as a resource partner to executive leadership who will identify gaps and inefficiencies, recommend strategic solutions/initiatives/programs and lead/execute projects within the manufacturing operating companies. This job will have the following responsibilities: Lead Lean/CI projects across supply chain, operations, inventory management, technology, talent, sales and marketing to generate revenue growth, reduce costs and/or cash savings across AR/AP/Inventory. Serve as a business partner and SME to operating companies for improvements across manufacturing, distribution, sourcing, planning and sales. Utilize Lean/CI tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Kanban, MRP, 5S, Visual Management, SMED/TPM, S&OP, DMAIC, acquisition integration and strategy deployment Work as a partner to executive leadership to identify problems, analyze all available data points, and translate those into meaningful insights and recommendations – putting project teams into action to execute the solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management or similar required Master’s Degree or MBA preferred CSCP, CPIM, CPM, Lean Six Sigma Certifications, PMP Certifications are a plus Advanced technical proficiency, ideally with implementations of
ERP/MRP/HRIS
