CLEARFREIGHT INC DBA HARBOUR
we are seeking a dedicated and detail•oriented Operations Agent to join our warehouse team. The position plays a key role in coordinating the day-to-day warehouse functions including receiving and unloading, creating warehouse receipts, inventory control and status of the cargo, shipping and loading containers. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work well under pressure and keep the focus on the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments Perform inventory counts. Create warehouse receipts and customers reports Labeling the cargo Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies Communicate with logistics providers, drivers, and internal teams Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) Unload and load containers. Support continuous improvement initiatives Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse and logistics operations Computer skills; familiarity with WMS or ERP systems a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Forklift and Pallet Jack experience
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
