Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Hire, train, supervise, and motivate parts employees. Cultivate a high-performing team and a positive, safe working environment.
Sales Growth & Customer Service:
Drive parts sales, identify growth opportunities, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Inventory Management:
Oversee parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate and meet customer demands.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and the financial performance of the parts department.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Operational Excellence:
Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned, with a focus on achieving operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Experience in
Parts Management:
Previous experience in parts management or truck parts industry preferred. Related industry experience will be considered.
Strong Analytical & Organizational Skills:
Ability to analyze data, forecast needs, and make data-driven decisions. “Can-Do”
