Role:

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Field Logistics Manager with deep knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical materials to join our growing team. This role plays a critical function in ensuring all materials, tools, and equipment are proactively procured, staged, and delivered to job sites on time and in alignment with project schedules. Playing a critical role in jobsite readiness and operational efficiency the ideal candidate will be the central link between warehouses, vendors, and field crews. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, extremely detail-oriented, and possesses strong field awareness. This position requires an individual who understands what is needed on electrical job sites, can anticipate material needs based on project plans, phases, and real-time jobsite feedback. About the

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with vendors and suppliers In-depth knowledge of electrical materials and components Proficient in in Microsoft and inventory management software Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proactive with a strong sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations. Familiarity with electrical testing equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Leadership and Responsibilities:

Build working relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable pricing, deliveries, and priority support Source, order, and track delivery of all electrical materials Maintain and monitor accurate inventory records while coordinating with teams to ensure proper forecasting of materials needed in real-time Act as the primary liaison between vendors, warehouse, and field teams to ensure proper delivery schedules and materials statuses Develop internal logistics workflows for best practices and efficient handling of materials effectively reducing waste Support area superintendent and lead electricians with timely updates and adjustments to material delivery and schedules.
