- What you’ll do as a Supervisor Inventory Management
- + You will verify the accuracy of all purchase orders and submit them to the appropriate vendors.
+ You will resolve product discrepancies between warehouse locations and vendors to maintain inventory accuracy. + You will reconcile monthly financial statements to ensure proper reporting and accuracy. + You will enter monthly inventory counts for all warehouse branches to maintain accurate records. + You will perform weekly revenue and expense data analysis, providing key insights to company leadership. + You will act as a liaison between accounts payable and inventory teams, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution. + You will have the ability to work remotely with the occasional weekend availability required for month-end reporting and reconciliations. + You will need to ability to work other duties as assigned.

- + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + Proven experience in financial reconciliation, inventory management, or a related field. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial software.
