ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Company and its 3PL provider for daily operational communications and cross-functional initiatives. Facilitate special logistics projects such as kitting, rework, packaging transitions, and process implementations in collaboration with 3PL and Company stakeholders. Manage and optimize shipping activities across all transportation modes: Parcel (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.), LTL (Less-than-Truckload), FTL (Full-Truckload), International shipments, including customs, ITN, tariffs, and export documentation. Facilitate inbound shipments to 3PL from manufacturers/suppliers including setting up freight, inbound documentation and 3PL ASN system. Coordinate outbound shipments from 3PL to distributor partners while making sure to adhere to all individual distributor requirements. Partner with 3PL and freight brokers to manage rates, resolve delivery issues, minimize transit times, and handle freight claims. Develop and distribute weekly performance reports to track shipping volume, Click to Delivery Rate(C2D), 3PL fee accuracy, order issues tracking, and others as needed. Reconcile freight invoices and support logistics budgeting and forecasting. Develop and supply 3PL monthly order forecasting projections. Conduct daily/weekly inventory integrity analysis to ensure SAP and 3PL records match. Maintain item master data consistency at 3PL and manage new SKU setup, mapping set up, and overall adherence to requirements based on contractual agreements. Maintain and improve internal SOPs for logistics and shipping processes. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain and 3PL/warehouse operations in a D2C environment Proven experience managing inbound and outbound logistics, including international markets. Proficient in Parcel, LTL, FTL, and international shipping logistics. Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with SAP Business One is a strong plus. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; able to generate/analyze reports using formulas, pivot tables, and lookups. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications Logistics experience in health, wellness, nutraceutical, Familiarity with international shipping documentation and regulatory requirements
