Inventory Manager Not Your Bakery Delray Beach, FL 33445 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory and implementing best practices in supply chain management. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues. Implement Material Requirements Planning (MRP) strategies to streamline inventory control processes. Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Train and mentor staff on best practices in inventory management and analytics. Receive customer returns and ensure accurate count in and review product condition for resale Qualifications Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong understanding of supplier management and warehouse operations. Ability to lift boxes up to 70 pounds Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
