You’ll manage inventory systems, fulfill orders, oversee warehouse organization, and supervise a part-time team member. You’ll also interface with suppliers, process POs, and update product listings as needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an experienced, intelligent, and detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Supervisor to manage our inventory systems and perform daily warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll seamlessly transition between managing inventory software and engaging in hands-on tasks like packing and shipping.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise daily warehouse activities and delegate tasks to the part-time warehouse assistant Manage inventory levels and reorder products as needed Run inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies Place purchase orders , track deliveries, and manage supplier communication Fulfill and pack orders with a focus on accuracy and quality control Update product info and stock status on our BigCommerce eCommerce platform Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Document and improve operational processes for greater efficiency Work cross-functionally with customer service to resolve order issues and ensure smooth operations

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

2+ years of relevant experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse coordination Supervisory or team lead experience, even in a small team setting Proficiency in Google Sheets and inventory management software Strong organization, follow-through, and decision-making skills Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and be on your feet most of the day Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to take initiative and own the role
