$45,000 – $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM – 5
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Oversee domestic and international shipping operations from headquarters and satellite storage facilities. Coordinate the movement of oversized and high-value assets, including engines and aircraft, via air, sea, and ground transportation. Manage international customs clearance for delayed or audited shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Handle claims for lost or damaged shipments and reconcile shipping invoices, addressing discrepancies and disputes. Ensure proper documentation is prepared for all international shipments and provided to customers on time. Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international 3PL providers to optimize shipping costs and timelines. Implement and oversee live tracking systems for transparent updates on shipment status. Manage reverse logistics for returning high-value assets to suppliers or lessors. Ensure compliance with
IATA/DGR
standards for hazmat shipments and oversee FAA-authorized scrap material purges. Conduct final inspections of outgoing shipments to reduce errors and prevent invoicing disputes.
