Industry:
Agriculture – B2B sales of natural pesticide and insecticide products to large farms and distributors.
Supply Chain & Logistics:
Manage order entry for large and small shipments. Coordinate with external copackers and onsite warehouse/office. Handle monthly shipping cycles and sample shipments.
Customer Service & Sales Support:
Enter and manage customer information, purchase orders, and ERP data. Generate reports and support sales operations. Maintain and grow customer accounts.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team, logistics, and scientific staff. Support onboarding and training (in-office). Ensure smooth transition as VP of IT exits.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
