Inventory & Logistics Manager Location:

We’re growing fast and looking for someone who can bring structure, organization, and energy to our logistics and inventory operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule trucking & dock appointments with carriers and distributors to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
• Manage inventory: receive shipments, build & ship pallets, track stock levels, and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Maintain warehouse organization — if it’s not exactly where it belongs, it doesn’t get shipped.
• Use Excel, MRP systems, barcode scanners, label creation tools, and shipping portals to streamline processes.
• Investigate variances and discrepancies, ensuring stock records match reality and fixing errors quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-Oriented & Organized — You catch even the smallest errors.
• Autonomous Hustler — You run with tasks independently and finish them strong.
• Coachable & Easy to Work With — Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with tools like Excel, MRP software, and barcode scanners.
• Physical readiness — Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Forklift certification required.
• Must be 21+
