Daily responsibilities include:

• Dispatching drivers, plus managing a team of dispatchers.
• Screening carriers per the company’s guidelines
• Checking carrier references
• Entering information and updates into Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Verifying load/appointment details
• Calculating fuel surcharges
• Supporting operations/broker team
• Managing the company’s scorecard process This is a career path in a terrific industry.
