It’s not just a job, it’s a career. About the Role We’re looking for a Regional Parts Manager to oversee the Parts Departments across our coastal branch locations. This role ensures consistency in quality, customer service, and operational efficiency to support both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Drive parts revenue and profit by aligning team goals and KPIs with corporate objectives. Support, coach, and equip Parts team members to succeed and provide exceptional service. Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and inventory turns in collaboration with local teams. Maintain clear communication and strong working relationships across all departments. Ensure team members understand and uphold their responsibilities and job roles. Encourage and facilitate teamwork within the Parts Departments and across departments. Participate in annual budget planning and monitor department spending. Review and implement SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency region wide. Approve and support changes to AS400 processes affecting the Parts Department. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead special projects to enhance department performance and processes. Partner with OEMs to address customer needs, improve training, and share best practices. Attend management meetings and stay current through professional development opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:
