The Role:
We’re hiring an Inventory Control Manager to oversee our golf cart inventory — from arrival at our manufacturing facility, through assembly, to outgoing shipments to dealers nationwide. This role is vital to our operation, requiring a sharp mind, steady hands, and a get-it-done attitude.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all incoming, assembled, and outgoing inventory Track parts and cart stock in real time using inventory management systems Maintain organized, accurate warehouse storage (stocking, counting, shelving, returns) Create and update inventory logs, purchase orders, and shipping reports Communicate with our team, suppliers, and dealers about inventory and order timelines Ensure carts and components are ready to roll, literally and logistically
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience, or related accounting/book-keeping experience. Proficiency with inventory software (bonus points if you’ve used ShopMonkey , FishBowl , NetSuite or similar) Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills (pivot tables aren’t just a party trick here) Impeccable organization and attention to detail Clear, professional communication with team members and vendors A team player mindset with a self-starter’s work ethic

Starting at $40,000/year (based on experience)
