Up to 10% TravelJob DescriptionThe Director of SupplyChain Planning is a key strategic leader responsible for optimizingTosca’s end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamlessproduct flow, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

This role drives data-informed decision-making to enhance demandplanning, inventory management, and logistics coordination,ensuring Tosca’s products are delivered on time and in full to meetcustomer expectations.

Reporting to the Vice President of SupplyChain, the Director collaborates closely with cross-functionalteams, including planning, logistics, and operations, to developpredictive models, performance metrics, and strategic insights thatdrive continuous improvement. Success in this role means not onlyachieving operational goals but consistently surpassing them,ensuring precision, efficiency, and an unwavering focus on thecustomer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning &Execution Develop and implement demand planning and supply optimizationstrategies to ensure product availability meets customerdemand. Lead forecasting and inventory planning initiatives to minimizedisruptions and enhance efficiency. Leverage data analytics, predictive modeling, and performancemetrics to improve supply chain operations.

Forecasting & DemandPlanning Design and execute accurate forecasting models to align supplywith customer demand. Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels, workingcapital, and transportation efficiency. Work closely with logistics, operations, and commercial teamsto anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust supply strategiesaccordingly.

Supply Chain Efficiency & Cost Management Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products byoptimizing inbound and outbound logistics. Monitor and control costs, including freight and inventoryholding costs, to drive financial efficiency. Develop KPI dashboards to track key supply chain metrics andidentify areas for improvement.

Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Planning Managers,fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Implement best practices in workforce planning, training, andprocess improvements to drive operational excellence. Promote cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations,and logistics teams to align planning with businessobjectives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partnersto ensure seamless supply chain execution. Partner with customer success teams to address demandfluctuations and improve service levels. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on supplychain planning and operational improvements.

Compliance & ContinuousImprovement Ensure compliance with food safety standards and industryregulations, supporting Tosca’s Food Safety Management System. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data andanalytics to enhance supply chain performance. Champion a culture of safety, efficiency, and customer-centricdecision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, BusinessAnalytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (MBApreferred). 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demandforecasting, or logistics management in a fast-paced,customer-driven industry. Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies, inventorymanagement, and supply chain analytics. Proficiency in supply chain planning software, ERP systems, andadvanced planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder,etc.). Proven leadership experience, managing and developinghigh-performing teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the abilityto make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, withthe ability to align supply chain planning with broader businessgoals.

Work ScheduleLocation:

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)This role followsa hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays,Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week, with the flexibility to workremotely on Mondays and Fridays.
