The Director of Supply Chain will oversee and manage the company’s supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement, production, and distribution processes. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration with various departments to optimize supply chain performance and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Oversee procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and distribution. Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless operations. Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and visibility. Prepare and present reports to senior management on supply chain performance and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies. 5 years of experience with Aanaplan software Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP). Experience in the packaging industry. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
