Senior Manager, Supply Chain – Integrated Tactical Planning Atlanta based The Senior Manager, Supply Chain – Integrated Tactical Planning is responsible for leading business solutions to realign product, demand, and supply plans in the 0-12 month planning window, supporting the companyu2019s financial, operational, and supply chain objectives. This role involves developing strong collaborative relationships with mill operations, finance, paper sales, customer service, and other supply chain groups to ensure an aligned plan with all stakeholders. F Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) processes to link the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) plan to day-to-day execution.
- Manage the 0-12 month demand plan for external regions, ensuring alignment with cross-functional groups.
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve gaps in product, demand, supply, and finance plans.
- Analyze short-term scenarios, developing plans to adjust to fluctuations in the business.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations leadership to optimize the containerboard supply network
- Deliver a balanced monthly supply plan that meets customer service, inventory, and financial targets.
- Ensure data accuracy in vital systems and key metric reporting.
- Develop and implement monthly KPIs to show actuals vs variance across all end markets.
- Lead and develop a supply chain analyst, focusing on talent development and succession planning
- Partner closely with demand planning, IBP, and production planning to optimize upstream and downstream processes.
- Drive continuous improvement projects for process enhancement, service improvement, and cost reduction.
- Maintain strong partnership with the internal ITP manager to understand forecasted supply requirements and manage impacts to the mill network and inventory levels
- Communicate and align on adjustments to plans with multiple teams across the business.

- Bacheloru2019s Degree – Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
- Minimum 7+ years of supply planning or related experience
- Demonstrated understanding of planning and inventory management principles
- Thorough understanding of logistics capabilities (transportation and warehousing) and cost drivers
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams, build consensus among stakeholders, and recommend strategic business decisions.
- Strong communication skills with ability to adjust communication style and interact across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability in performing in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment with tight deadlines
- Familiarity with lean concepts and tools
- Experience in data visualization and storytelling is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt is a plus
