 Communication and relational skills  Ability to analyze and synthesize available information and draft relevant reports  Problem solving  Flexibility and resistance to stress  Availability to travel within the county (to suppliers) and abroad (to branches)  Leadership is the ability to work in a team and for objectives  Time and priority management capabilities  Ability to manage multifunctional work groups  Coaching  Experience in budget definition and management  Proactivity, decision-making, and result Orientation  Ability to define objectives and the means to achieve them Work experience requirements:  Logistics coordination roles in structured engineering companies with a type of production both in series and on order.  Knowledge of the main warehouse management software systems  Knowledge of managing logical and internal organization  5 years of Experience minimum.  Follow all safety regulations.  Experience with (Office Package, Management VA, SolidWorks Edrawings, Networking, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Teams)  Experience with SAP Education/Requirements  High school diploma or technical/managerial degree  Ability to read blueprint drawings  Lift to 50 pounds.  Good analytical and mathematical skills to interpret drawings  Ability to use an overhead crane  Familiarity with computers and Windows-based computer programs is a plus  Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing PPE (safety glasses, Mask, steel-toe boots shoes)

Main Activities:

 Define and manage the budget for logistics activities  Define, implement, and monitor new improvement projects related to the activities of the logistics area  Coordinate cross-functional groups for problem-solving and improvement of aspects related to logistics  Coordinate collaborators, assigning them targets/objectives, and evaluating them  Provide specific training and promote an individual development proposal for its employees  Optimize available space, reducing material throughput times and inventory costs  Plan the flows of handling and management of materials, from the arrival in the company to the shipment of the finished product  Increase operator productivity by optimizing equipment and handling, and verifying the results obtained  Increase the level of customer service (company departments and end customers)  Define the structure of the warehouse and the management logic underlying the warehouse activity  Oversee the activities of the shipping department and inventory activities  Perform the analysis of packaging, loading, and handling units  Is flexible for travel between Texas and Georgia, and is flexible with long stays

Position Type/Hours of Work :

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Typically, shift hours can be from 8 am to 5 pm, but hours can be modified at any given time as best fits work demand.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a warehouse production environment. The employee is exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors. This position is in a NON-climate Control the warehouse.
