Sourcing Lead Slip Robotics Norcross, GA Slip Robotics is seeking a strategic Sourcing Lead to run our supply chain operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role plays a critical role in developing and implementing a robust supply chain strategy that ensures efficient production processes, timely delivery, and optimum costs while supporting the company’s growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of Slip Robotics.
Operations Management:
Oversee the entire supply chain process including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Vendor Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and high-quality supply chain performance.
Cost Management:
Drive initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize resources throughout the supply chain.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with product development, engineering, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with product goals and market demands.
Performance Metrics:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Risk Management:
Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Requirements Experience:
6+ years of supply chain management experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS) are a plus.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and technologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
