Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Locust Grove is looking for a Inventory Supervisor to join our Contract Logistics team. Your Role In this role, you will lead a team and ensure that physical cycle counts are performed, accurate inventory levels are maintained, account for all defective or damaged products, and provide appropriate corrective action. Your Responsibilities Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory Implement continuous improvement action plans Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed Your Skills and Experiences High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment 2 or more years in a supervisory role Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
