We are committed to delivering excellence in shipping and logistics solutions and are seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our Shipping Department. What You’ll Do As the Logistics Manager, you will be the driving force behind our shipping operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:
Shipping Coordination:

Develop and execute efficient shipping schedules to meet customer needs.

Team Leadership:

Oversee and manage CDL drivers, yard personnel, and office assistants, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Yard Organization:

Maintain a clean, accessible, and safe shipping yard.

Route Optimization:

Plan safe and effective delivery routes daily.

Compliance & Safety:

Stay up-to-date with FMCSA regulations and ensure all equipment and personnel meet compliance standards.

Customer Focus:

Respond promptly to customer shipping inquiries and deliver top-notch service.

Proactive Problem Solving:

Succeed Leadership Experience:

Proven ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.

Time Management Skills:

Knowledge of Logistics:

A solid understanding of truck and trailer operations.

Customer Service Focus:

Compliance Savvy:

Familiarity with FMCSA regulations and safety standards is a must.

CDL:

While this is not a strict requirement, we believe that anyone who has a CDL understands better what our CDL drivers go through, and how to keep them safe and successful! Key Qualifications Logistics experience or large team management experience required. Strong time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work weekends, evenings, and travel as needed. A proactive attitude with exceptional organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
