Oversee and manage the Parts Department’s daily operations, purchase parts, maintain optimal pricing, manage inventory levels, train and manage staff, and more. Analyze department performance and implement improvements Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers Complete weekly inventory counts and reconcile differences Ship and receive parts Respond to customer inquiries and complaints Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

Automotive Parts Manager experience with excellent management, communication and customer service skills Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus A positive attitude and good work ethic Valid driver’s license and insurance
